Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost if you'd like your order to arrive faster.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days] of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location:

Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days] after processing
Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days] after processing

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@mushrooms.market and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mushrooms.market within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS or arranging a resolution.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only - please contact marketing@mushrooms.market if you are an international customer and we can explore international shipping options on a case-by-case basis.
